March 17-20

Park City, Utah is home to the 2002 Olympics and the country's largest ski resort. From silver mining to downhill skiing this cozy mountain town has played host to artists, olympians, and pioneers.

Our retreat takes place just minutes from main street in Park City's Historic Miners Hospital and directly across from the town's original High School which has since been converted into a two-story library and dog park.

Enjoy a coffee on main, a stroll up the rail trail, and a view of world-class ski runs.

Writing is the act of courageous sitting.

Our retreat includes daily yoga and meditation, helping shake our story from its stored physical location in our bodies while training our minds to relish the quiet concentration writing requires.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. This is an act of exploration, release, and healing that will better serve our our time in stillness crafting our work.
